What is RISE?

RISE is a transformational, 6-portal healing journey created for women who have untangled themselves from narcissistic or relational abuse — but still feel its imprint in their nervous system, identity, and sense of self.

This offering is for the woman who is ready to stop surviving, and finally come home to herself.
It’s for the woman whose body still braces, whose heart still doubts, whose mind still loops in old patterns long after the relationship has ended.
It’s for the woman who knows: there has to be a deeper way to heal.

Inside RISE, you won’t just learn information — you will experience transformation through somatic work, emotional alchemy, nervous system regulation, breathwork, guided practices, and archetypal mentorship.

Together, we move through six portals of healing: rebuilding safety, retraining the nervous system, reparenting inner parts, reclaiming boundaries and truth, moving grief and rage safely, expanding capacity for joy, and integrating into self-led, grounded womanhood.

Every session is experiential.
Every portal is embodied.
This is healing that happens in your breath, your fascia, your choices, your voice — not just in your mind.

What makes RISE different?

Most survivors are told that time heals.
Or that if you just talk about it enough, journal enough, think positive enough — it will eventually stop hurting.

But trauma doesn’t live in time.
It lives in the body.

After abuse, your nervous system doesn’t need more time —
it needs new experiences of safety.

In RISE, we don’t just talk about what happened — we work with where it still lives.


The racing heart. The shallow breath. The frozen shoulders. The constant bracing for the next impact.

Because until the body feels safe, the mind won't believe it.

No amount of insight or mindset work can override a nervous system still wired for danger.

RISE is built on somatic healing — science-based, body-anchored practices that retrain your system to recognize calm, connection, and choice as safe again.

This isn’t about “getting over it.”
It’s about helping your body update the story from “I’m not safe” to “It’s safe enough now.” It's about helping your body move and metabolize the trauma, messages, beliefs, and imprints of living in environments and relationships that use coercion, control, manipulation, and other forms of abuse.

RISE is rooted in breathwork, grounding, and body-based regulation.

you may need more stabilization before entering this work — and that is okay.

You’re seeking a space to focus on them (the narcissist) rather than you.
RISE is a healing space — not an analysis or pathology space. While understanding patterns is a part of the healing journey and of the RISE experience, the emphasis here is on YOU. If you are still in the stage where your primary focus is still on the abuser,
you may benefit from additional support before turning inward.

You’re not yet comfortable being witnessed in community.
RISE is tender, warm, and slow — but it is a group experience.
You will never be forced to share, but you will be gently held by others.
If any amount of group presence feels too activating right now,
a 1:1 container might be more supportive.

You are currently in an unsafe or actively abusive environment.
RISE is for integration, not crisis response.
If you are still experiencing ongoing harm,
your safety and stabilization come first.

Is this program ONLY for those who have experienced narcissistic abuse?

No — RISE is for anyone healing from relational trauma.

The program was built for survivors of narcissistic abuse, but its foundation is somatic and trauma healing — working directly with the body and nervous system. That means it supports recovery from any form of chronic emotional harm: controlling relationships, betrayal, neglect, gaslighting, or environments where love and safety were inconsistent.

You don’t need a label to heal!
You only need to know that your system has been living in survival — on high alert, disconnected, or numb — and that you’re ready to learn another way.

The Sanctuary of Safety is the foundation of the RISE journey.

This portal is devoted to helping your nervous system begin to recognize safety again — not as an idea, but as a lived, bodily experience.

For many women healing from relational or narcissistic abuse, safety was inconsistent or unavailable for a long time. The body adapted by staying alert, guarded, or disconnected. Even after the danger has passed, those patterns often remain.

This portal meets that reality with patience.

Rather than asking you to “feel safe,” the Sanctuary of Safety offers repeated, gentle experiences that allow your body to register steadiness, support, and permission to rest — at its own pace.

Through slow, somatic practices, you’ll be guided to:

arrive in the present moment,

orient to cues of safety in your environment and body,

build internal and external refuges that support regulation,

practice settling, resourcing, and self-holding,

and move without urgency or pressure to change.

This is a spacious beginning.
One that honors timing, choice, and nervous system intelligence.

Many participants linger here — returning to these practices as often as needed — because safety is not something we achieve once. It is something the body learns through repetition and care.

The Breathwalker

Domain:

Regulation, Embodiment, and Somatic Awareness

The Breathwalker guides you back to the quiet intelligence within your body —
the subtle rhythms that were once drowned out by chaos,
the natural pulse of aliveness that trauma taught you to hold your breath against.

In this portal, you begin to remember your body’s language —
the rise and fall of breath,
the beating of your heart,
the waves of emotion moving through your chest.

Because when you’ve lived in relational trauma,
your body learns to survive by disconnecting.
Breath becomes shallow, movement tight,
and stillness feels like danger instead of peace.

Here, we restore that connection.
You’ll learn how to work with your nervous system — not against it.
How to recognize your body’s cues for fight, flight, freeze, and fawn,
and respond with practices that bring you back into balance.

Through guided somatic sequences,
you’ll begin to feel what regulation truly means:
not forcing calm, but allowing safety to return, one breath at a time.

no longer needing to leave yourself to feel safe.

Inner Child Healing, Family of Origin Patterns, Self-Compassion and Nurturance

The Ember Guardian kneels beside the younger parts of you still waiting to be seen.
She holds the sacred work of reparenting — offering warmth where neglect once lived.

This is the portal of remembrance — where the woman you’ve become
turns back to the girl who learned to survive,
and says, “You never had to earn love to deserve it.”

Here, you begin to tend the wounds left by your family of origin —
the places where love came with conditions,
where silence kept the peace,
and where your body learned to brace instead of belong.

Through this work, you start to interrupt the patterns you inherited —
the over-functioning, the self-doubt, the chasing of safety in others.
You begin to write a new story in your nervous system — one built on self-trust, not vigilance.

Through practices of self-holding, gentle movement, and inner-child dialogue,
you rebuild internal trust — moment by moment, breath by breath.
Each act of self-soothing tells your system: “You are safe to stay with you.”

where you begin to separate who you are from who you were told to be.

The Sentinel of Sovereignty stands beside you
as you untangle from the web of enmeshment, guilt, and obligation.

She helps you recognize what was never yours to carry —
and teaches you how to return it, gently but firmly, to where it belongs.

Here, you learn the anatomy of energetic boundaries —
not walls built from fear,
but membranes of discernment that allow what’s nourishing in
and keep what’s harmful out.

Through nervous system repair, you begin to understand that people-pleasing
was never a flaw — it was a survival strategy.
Your body learned that harmony equaled safety,
and that your own needs were a threat to connection.

In this portal, you retrain your system to tolerate truth —
to hold your “no” without collapsing,
to voice your “yes” without fear of loss.

As you reclaim self-trust, you discover that sovereignty isn’t isolation —

Through embodied boundary practices, voice activation,
and energy-centering techniques,

This is the sacred descent — the place where feeling becomes medicine.

Here, you meet what you’ve avoided: the grief that never had space to fall,
the rage that was never safe to speak,
the longing that still aches for what could have been.

In the Everdeep, these emotions are not enemies to escape —
they are holy teachers, carrying the wisdom of what was lost
and the power to create what comes next.

Through somatic release, sound, and breath,
you learn to let emotion move through you instead of overtake you.
You discover that expression is not the same as chaos —
it’s completion.

Why I Created RISE:

I didn’t build this path from textbooks.
I built it from the rubble of a life that broke —

more than once.

I grew up beneath the shadow of a narcissistic father, learning early how to contort myself for safety, for peace, for love that never truly landed.

I married young and tried to build something different — only to find myself years later in the same storm, with a man whose betrayal left my world in pieces after two decades together.

And still… something in me never stopped reaching for light.

I earned my Master’s in Counseling.
I became certified in breathwork and narcissistic relationship recovery.
I studied, coached, created — but it wasn’t until I began working with my body through somatic practices that I began to feel my healing.
It was the first time I truly returned to my body.
Where the real wisdom — and the pain — had always lived.

Through somatic practice, nervous system attunement, and trauma-informed ritual, I rebuilt myself- not by escaping the past, but by holding it differently.
Gently. Sovereignly. With breath.

RISE is the program I wish had existed when I began again!

Do I need any special tech to participate?

Just a device with internet access. All materials are hosted on a simple, private platform. No complex logins or confusing tech. Live events will be held via zoom.

What if I have trauma around breathwork?

Every live and recorded breathwork session is optional. You’ll be offered multiple modalities for regulation. Safety is always your choice.

Is this for me if my abuse wasn’t from a romantic partner?

 Yes. This program is for those healing from any type of narcissistic abuse: romantic, familial, or professional.

Are refunds available?

Clients may request a one-time pause of their program access and payment plan for up to 24 months. Portal access will be suspended during the pause.When ready to return, clients may resume their journey at no extra cost by paying only the remaining balance. No reactivation fee. No starting over. The Spiral Path is patient.

Does this only work for narcissistic abuse? What if I don't know if that's what I experienced?

No — RISE is for anyone healing from relational trauma.

The program was built for survivors of narcissistic abuse, but its foundation is somatic healing — working directly with the body and nervous system. That means it supports recovery from any form of chronic emotional harm: controlling relationships, betrayal, neglect, gaslighting, or environments where love and safety were inconsistent.

You don’t need a label to heal.
You only need to know that your system has been living in survival — on high alert, disconnected, or numb — and that you’re ready to learn another way.
