I'm a trauma-informed guide, breathwork facilitator, and soul-rooted space holder for women reclaiming their lives after narcissistic abuse. My path to this work wasn’t linear — it was born through fire.
Like many of the women I now serve, I spent years in relationships where I slowly disappeared. I know the ache of gaslighting, the loneliness of co-parenting with someone who weaponizes your worth, and the disorientation that comes after leaving… wondering who you are, and how you’ll ever feel whole again.
But I also know this: healing is possible. Sacred. Cyclical. And it belongs to you.
With a Master’s in Counseling, VITA™ Sex, Love & Relationship Coach training, and certification in PAUSE trauma-informed breathwork, I’ve woven together modern neuroscience with feminine wisdom to create a sanctuary of programs that hold both your pain and your power.
