ANCHORED:

PARENTING PLAN PORTAL

A practical, sacred course for mothers navigating post-separation abuse. Learn how to create a legally-sound, emotionally-protective parenting plan — with clarity, strength, and peace.

Not All Parenting Plans Are Created Equal

If you’re navigating parenting with a high-conflict or narcissistic ex, you already know this isn’t a typical co-parenting situation.

Traditional advice doesn’t work here.

What you need is a parenting plan that protects your peace, anticipates manipulation, and reduces chaos —

one that’s trauma-informed, court-savvy, and designed with your real-life challenges in mind.

Welcome to Anchored

— the Parenting Plan Portal for survivors of narcissistic abuse and post-separation control.

This Course was Designed for:

  • Parents navigating post-separation abuse with a high conflict co-parent

  • Anyone preparing for mediation or court without a safe co-parent

  • Survivors who want a plan that holds structure even when the other parent doesn’t

  • This course is not about fixing the other parent — it’s about building a plan that holds when they don’t.

Deep breath...I've got you!

“I created this course because I’ve been where you are. Overwhelmed. Triggered. Alone in a system that doesn’t always protect the safe parent.

ANCHORED was built to give you the tools, scripts, and legal clarity I wish I had from the beginning. You don’t have to figure this out alone.”

— Jessica Jones, M.A. Counseling, Trauma-Informed Parenting Advocate & Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Guide

Creator note:

Hi, I'm Jess!

I'm a trauma-informed parenting advocate, breathwork facilitator, and the founder of Sacred Goddess Coaching. With a Master’s in Counseling and years of experience supporting women through narcissistic abuse recovery, I bring grounded clarity and deep compassion to the complex world of high-conflict co-parenting.

As both a professional and a mother who’s walked this path herself, I know the toll legal systems, gaslighting, and post-separation abuse can take. I created Anchored: Parenting Plan Portal to help parents reclaim their power, protect their children, and build parenting plans that hold up in real life—not just on paper.

You are allowed to protect your children and your peace.

This plan is where that begins.

Immediate access. Printable tools. Yours to keep.
